What’s the Role we are seeking now is Sales / Business Development manager:

We are looking for an experienced salesperson, who is keen to work on large and complex enterprise-scale opportunities.

Working closely with senior members (Business Directors), the role will require you to develop and build multiple relationships within complex organizations in order to open up opportunities for the business. This will involve targeting specific clients and stakeholders in order to successfully develop and qualify opportunities.

Responsibilities

  •  Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as current or future sales opportunities
  •  Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
  • Identify key decision makers in target organizations and work out how to effectively engage with them
  • Developing a confident and persuasive capability to present and explain what we do to potential customers at in-person, telephone or WebEx meetings
  • Drive and maintain relationships with potential clients to develop opportunities
  • Identify, understand and feedback customer needs
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
  • Help develop an attractive solution for clients.

Experience & knowledge Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive or similar role
  • experience of building relationships and networks in complex organizations from scratch
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
  • Demonstrated technology expertise with standard office software (MS Office, Google Docs, etc)
  • Commitment to accountability, enthusiastic, engaging and confident
  • Strong communication (written and spoken) and presentation skills.
